As part of our Lenten focus, we will be screening films on death & dying each Thursday at 12:30 p.m. during Lent. Come to the church a little early with a brown bag lunch and stay a little after for some discussion, if the Spirit moves.
March 10 - Groundhog Day. It's not living, the saying goes, if it feels like dying. Andie MacDowell and Bill Murray (again!) star in this Harold Ramis film about a man who cannot die, but wants to, at least for a time. What if you had all eternity to try to make it right? What if there is no tomorrow? Come, and see why they show this one in the seminary. It's never too late to learn how to love. 1:41 run time. Rated PG.
