Once again, we are collecting holiday gift cards for families served by Family Services in Barre. The gift cards will go to families to purchase gifts, and will also be distributed throughout the year by social workers as needs arise. Shaw’s offers gift cards from a variety of retailers, so purchasing is convenient and local. All cards that can easily be used in the Barre/Montpelier area are appreciated: food, gas, Walmart, JC Penney, even TJ Maxx for purchasing clothes and household items. Purchase one, or several!

WE WILL COLLECT THE GIFT CARDS ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4th, and Mark will offer a blessing during the service. They will be brought to Barre that week, for distribution in time for their clients to do some Christmas shopping or to purchase food for a Christmas dinner.
