If you would like to go to church, please visit one of our neighboring communities of faith at the Warren United Church, Waterbury Congregational Church or other area churches.
Our group of marathon aid station volunteers at mile 19, lead by Sam Andersen, will be sharing in a prayer potluck as a way to celebrate their faith and friendships while engaging in this important act of service. If you are volunteering at the aid station, please consider bringing a piece of sacred writing—a prayer, a poem, prose, a selection from the Bible, the Quran or the Book of Common Prayer, for example—to share with the other volunteers when you have a moment on Sunday.
