The Annual Meeting will start at 11:45 a.m., and will be a hybrid meeting: both Zoom and in-person.
This year, we share a potluck meal together before the Annual Meeting. We will worship together at 10, then head downstairs for the potluck meal.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Waitsfield United Church of Christ, Inc. will be held on Sunday February 4th, 2024 at 11:45 a.m. This will be a hybrid meeting for those in person at the church and via zoom. Please request link and passcode.
Friends of the Church are welcome to attend and participate, but only Covenant and Associate Members may vote.
Annual meeting will be held for the following purposes:
Opening Prayer
A. To hear and act on all reports
B. To vote of the proposed budget for 2024
C. To hear and act on the Nominating Slate
D. To hear and vote on the proposed ADA accessibility modifications in the sanctuary as proposed by the Board of Deacons
E. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
